1. AC Technician (10 Positions)
Technical Requirements:
- Specialization: Must have hands-on experience with Carrier Screw Chillers Model 30XA1312-A000-2PE
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years in AC maintenance and repair
- Immediate Departure: Selected candidates must be ready to join immediately
2. Indoor/Outdoor Gardening & Landscaping Staff (10 Positions)
Requirements:
- Experience in comprehensive landscaping projects
- Skilled in both indoor and outdoor gardening maintenance
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design
