Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years, starting with site execution roles (Project Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Turnaround Engineer, etc.) and progressing into a proposal engineering role within the petrochemical and oil & gas sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification: ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas certification preferred).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for mechanical systems in oil & gas projects.
- Review client specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to develop accurate cost estimates and timelines.
- Support business development through effective proposal strategies.
