About the Opportunity
HamdanGlobal is hiring professional limousine drivers for a leading company in the UAE. Drive in style and earn with pride. We offer competitive commission, flexible hours, and full support with visa and RTA processing.
Requirements
- Must currently be in the UAE with no fines and valid visa status (no overstay).
- Hold a valid UAE driving license with no outstanding fines.
- License No 03 is required.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience (6 months will be considered).
- English test result and Police Clearance Certificate required for visa processing.
- All required documents must be submitted by the driver.
- Nationalities accepted: Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan, African.
Benefits & Support
- Company provides visa and RTA card free of charge.
- RTA class takes 12 days; visa processing takes 7 days.
- Commission calculated after deducting fuel costs.
- High-performing drivers can switch from 12-hour shifts to 24-hour shifts.
- Underperforming drivers will be shifted from 24-hour shifts to 12-hour shifts.
- Top-performing drivers receive a 500 AED bonus and a certificate.
- Timing, discipline, cleanliness, and personal hygiene are important.
Commission Structure
12-Hour Work Option (Timing: 7AM – 10PM)
- For 12K AED & above: 35% commission
- For 10K to 12K AED: 30% commission
- Below 10K AED: 25% commission
24-Hour Work Option
- For 18K AED & above: 35% commission
- For 15K to 18K AED: 30% commission
- Below 15K AED: 25% commission
