Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations in the paint manufacturing plant.
- Ensure quality standards and accurate batch documentation.
- Coordinate production teams and minimize downtime.
- Drive process improvement initiatives for better efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in paint or coatings production.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and HSE standards.
