ITL Group of Companies is hiring for a steel manufacturing and process equipment company in Saudi Arabia. Applications are invited for Production Planning Engineer and QC Supervisor (NDE – Level III) positions. Candidates with relevant manufacturing, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, NDE and quality control experience are encouraged to apply.
Open Positions
1. Production Planning Engineer
Requirements:
- Must have detailed knowledge in Pressure Vessels and processes.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certificate in Competency in Resource Planning is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Planning Engineer in Process Equipment or Heat Exchangers manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera or MS Project.
- Exposure to ORACLE-Based ERP system.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor production plans, coordinate resource planning, track manufacturing progress, support pressure vessel and process equipment production, and maintain planning data using MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project and ERP systems.
2. QC Supervisor (NDE – Level III)
Requirements:
- Must have NDE – Level III certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in NDE / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience as Quality Control Engineer in NDE field.
- Shall prepare NDE procedures, Level-II qualification certificates, Written practice, etc. and review sub-vendor documents related to NDE activity.
- Shall have Certification in ASNT Level III or its equivalent covering methods RT, UT, MP & PT as minimum.
- Shall be capable to demonstrate NDE requirements as per ASME SEC V, ASME SEC VIII Div.1 & 2 and Saudi Aramco Engineering and Material Specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise NDE and quality control activities, prepare and review NDE procedures and qualification documents, review sub-vendor NDE documents, ensure compliance with ASME and Saudi Aramco specifications, and support quality requirements for process equipment manufacturing.
