Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and sourcing activities for manpower, logistics, facilities management, construction, and services.
- Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
- Maintain supplier relationships and market knowledge.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Use ERP/procurement systems efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience.
- Experience in manpower, logistics, facilities management, construction, or services is preferred.
- Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local and international suppliers and markets.
- Experience with ERP / procurement systems is preferred.
- Saudi / GCC experience is preferred.
