We are a leading company in the UAE, dedicated to crafting premium sportswear, uniforms, and promotional merchandise. We are urgently seeking a talented Printing & Textile Design Specialist to join our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative patterns and graphics for sportswear, jerseys, uniforms, and promotional items.
- Manage projects using sublimation, DTF (Direct to Film), and screen printing techniques.
- Ensure precise color management, including CMYK profiles, Pantone matching, and color calibration.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality and consistency across print runs.
Requirements
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sublimation, DTF, and screen printing.
- Proven experience in designing for sportswear, jerseys, uniforms, and promotional merchandise.
- Expert knowledge of color management: CMYK color profiles, Pantone matching, and color calibration.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
