Planning Engineer – Saudi Arabia

Position Overview
- Job Reference: AC12186
- Salary: Negotiable
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Planning for Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Mining projects
- Certifications: PMP or PSP preferred; Primavera P6 Professional certification a plus
- Professional Membership: SCE Membership required for KSA
- Software Skills: Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel Advanced; Knowledge of BIM, PowerBI is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English (must be able to write reports for clients)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Baseline Schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project for multidisciplinary projects: Engineering design, EPC, mining services, and logistics operations.
- Track actual progress vs baseline. Update schedule weekly and issue Progress Reports & S-Curves.
- Prepare monthly planning reports for CEO, Client, and Board as per AMS governance.
- Maintain AMS planning procedures, templates, and planning KPIs.
