Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant field
Key Responsibilities
- Draft professional emails and handle internal/external communications
- Maintain schedules, manage appointments, ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with departments, external stakeholders
- Handle documentation, budgeting, finance-related tasks
- Manage time effectively, chase pending items, meet deadlines
- Coordinate with office/personal drivers, household staff, service providers
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
