Leading Steel & Cement Plant – Oman
Seagull International LLP is conducting an exclusive client interview for multiple positions at a top steel & cement plant in Oman. Both long-term and short-term (free requirement) roles are available. Immediate departure by the 1st week of July 2026.
Available Positions
Long Term Positions
- Site Supervisor – 10 Nos | 300-500 OMR
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with min. 5 years’ experience in steel plant shutdowns. Must handle shift activities independently. - PTW (Permit to Work) – 23 Nos | 200-230 OMR + OT
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with 2-3 years’ experience. Must take permits and lead tasks during shutdown. Excellent English speaking & writing skills required. - Estimation Engineer – 10 Nos | 500-650 OMR
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with min. 5 years’ GCC experience in machining & fabrication. Must provide MIS reports on job progress.
Short Term (Free Requirement) Positions
- Rigging Foreman – 10 Nos | 230-260 OMR + OT
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with min. 5 years’ experience and Level-1/Level-2 certification. - Signal Man / Riggers – 45 Nos | 160-200 OMR + OT
ITI with min. 5 years’ heavy lifting experience. Mandatory third-party Level-III certification during those 5 years.
