Available Positions
1. Project Control Manager
Salary: AED 22,000 – 25,000
- BE in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 20+ years of experience in Project Controls for large-scale Oil & Gas EPCC projects.
- Previous ADNOC/GCC experience with EPCC projects is mandatory.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, progress monitoring, and project reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, implement recovery plans, and ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to optimize project execution and resource utilization.
2. Site QA/QC Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Salary: AED 22,000 – 25,000
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 20+ years of experience, including experience as a QA/QC Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
- Lead all Electrical & Instrumentation QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client quality requirements.
- Manage QA/QC engineers and inspectors, oversee inspections, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management Systems throughout engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
3. Construction Manager
Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000
- BE in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 20+ years of experience in managing construction activities for Oil & Gas EPCC projects.
- Previous ADNOC/GCC experience with EPCC projects is preferred.
- Lead and supervise all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and construction schedules.
- Manage construction teams, subcontractors, equipment, and resources to achieve safe and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, planning, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in construction planning, site management, and project coordination.
