An International Company is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for their long-term Oil & Gas Construction Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Seagull International LLP is currently conducting online interviews for the following positions:

Key Requirements
- GCC experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
- Relevant educational qualification and proven experience in the respective role.
- Strong knowledge of project procurement / quality control practices.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Procurement Manager
- Lead and supervise the entire procurement department for the project.
- Develop procurement plans, budgets, and sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Procurement Engineer
- Prepare material requisitions, technical evaluations, and bid comparisons.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and suppliers for timely delivery.
- Ensure all purchased materials meet project standards and specifications.
Procurement Officer
- Handle purchase orders, vendor communication, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Support senior procurement staff in daily operations.
QC Mechanical Manager
- Manage quality control and quality assurance activities for mechanical works.
- Review inspection and test plans, and coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors.
- Lead the QC team to ensure compliance with project and international standards.
