We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy to join a leading tertiary government healthcare facility in Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about hand therapy, splinting, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized hand therapy including custom splinting and orthotic fabrication
- Conduct post-surgical rehabilitation for hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions
- Work with orthopaedic and neurological patients to restore function
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a WFOT-recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of post-Master’s experience (higher for senior roles)
- Proven experience in hand therapy, splinting, and orthopaedic/neuro rehab
- Valid professional license and passport
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
