Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (essential)
- Minimum 9 years of clinical experience post-registration
- At least 3 years of management experience within a clinical speciality
- Advanced training/Certification in the relevant speciality
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inpatient nursing team
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Monitor staff performance and provide training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
