Education: Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Job Profile
- Carry out MV cable jointing and termination works for cables typically ranging from 11kV to 33kV (or as per project requirements).
- Install straight-through joints, transition joints, and outdoor/indoor terminations.
- Prepare cable ends and perform heat-shrink, cold-shrink, or resin-type jointing activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
- Conduct cable identification, insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, and phase verification.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot cable faults and support fault-finding activities.
- Valid certification from Raychem / 3M / Aramco preferred.
