Available Positions & Job Responsibilities
1. Mill Operator Position
Equipment: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) used for crushing and blending chemicals including Barite, Bentonite, and other drilling fluid additives.
- Operate and monitor mill machinery through SCADA/control panel systems
- Adjust operational parameters to maintain optimal production efficiency
- Operate crushers, set adjustments, and achieve crushing targets
- Transfer crude materials to mills using conveyor belt systems
- Maintain production records and ensure quality standards
2. Mill Mechanic Position
Equipment Maintenance: Production Mill (Grinding Vertical Mill) used for chemical processing in drilling fluid operations.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of rollers, liners, whizzers, gearboxes, and bearings
- Maintain fans, blowers, conveyors, rotary valves, screw conveyors, and drive chains
- Conduct weekly inspections of roller systems, plow tips, bull rings, and liner plates
- Service whizzer blades, fan impellers, and related components
- Maintain cyclone systems, dust collectors, crusher feeders, diaphragm pumps, and packing machines
