Job Details
- MEP Supervisor: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (depending on experience)
- MEP Team Leader: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in a Facility Management company

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead MEP maintenance teams for daily facility operations.
- Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and material requisitions.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5-7 years of MEP experience in a facility management company.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and coordination skills.
- UAE/Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.
