Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Dismantling, assembling, and complete overhauling of motors and pumps.
- Expert handling of Submersible, Multistage Booster, Dewatering, and Centrifugal Pumps.
- Precision mechanical seal installation, bearing replacement, and accurate shaft alignment.
- Overhauling of complex gear systems and various air compressors (Screw, Piston, Scroll types).
- Operating concrete drilling machines for on-site installation work.
- Performing detailed pump selection calculations and ensuring precise pump alignment.
- Demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work efficiently under diverse site conditions.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Pump Technician or in a similar mechanical role.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of the pumps and systems listed above.
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a site environment.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is highly preferred.
