KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all the maintenance staff are organized and trained to provide required maintenance services. Ensure the proactive maintenance schedule is available to the maintenance staff and the maintenance is carried out as per the schedule. Ensure the workshop building and surrounding areas, tools and equipment are clean and workable condition. Ensure the electrical and mechanical systems are inspected on regular intervals and associated problems are identified, reported, and rectified on timely basis. Ensure to minimize the unexpected problems and reduce production losses due to machinery downtime. Ensure the machinery, equipment and vehicles are inspected regular intervals and associated problems are identified, reported, and rectified on timely basis. Ensure to maintain the inventory of the consumables and report to the concerned for stock availability.
