Position 1: Planner – Maintenance – CMMS
We are looking for a skilled Planner – Maintenance – CMMS with 3-4 years of field experience in maintaining process plant equipment and at least 1 year of work planning experience with CMMS systems. The ideal candidate must have full working knowledge of Maximo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and optimize workflows within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Manipulate IBM Maximo data structure fields to decrease asset downtime.
- Bridge the gap between engineering strategies and field maintenance work.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution of work orders.
Position 2: Quality Inspector (Risk Based Inspection) – Disinfection Systems
We are also hiring a Quality Inspector (Risk Based Inspection) with 5 years of experience in inspection and maintenance of water treatment or chemical processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect piping, tanks, and mechanical components handling chemical services such as sodium hypochlorite systems.
- Perform corrosion and material degradation assessments.
- Conduct integrity assessments and residual life estimation.
- Ensure compliance with risk-based inspection standards and procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- GCC experience in maintenance is mandatory for all candidates.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS / Maximo for Planner roles.
- Proven inspection experience in water treatment or chemical processing systems for Quality Inspector roles.
