We are looking for an experienced Machin-Shop Supervisor/Manager to lead our rotating equipment workshop in Saudi Arabia. This is a long‑term contract with a negotiable salary package up to SAR 16,000.
### Job Details
– **Location:** Saudi Arabia
– **Salary:** Up to SAR 16,000 (negotiable based on experience)
– **Duty Hours:** 8 hours daily
– **Contract:** Yearly renewable
– **FAT:** Included in salary
### Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
– 6–15 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance and workshop operations
– Minimum 5 years as a Workshop Manager or Senior Mechanical Supervisor
– Experience in power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial rotating equipment workshops
### Key Responsibilities
– Plan, manage, and supervise all mechanical workshop activities
– Lead inspection, repair, overhaul, assembly, testing, and maintenance of rotating equipment
– Handle Gas Turbines, Motors, Pumps, Compressors, Generators, and Auxiliary Equipment
– Ensure safe execution of work within schedule and budget
– Maintain compliance with OEM specifications, international standards, and customer requirements
