Available Positions
1. Japanese / Sushi Demi Chef
- Salary: $2,708 per month
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role onboard or in a 5‑star environment. Must prepare and present authentic Japanese cuisine including sushi, sashimi and other specialties.
2. Teppanyaki Demi Chef
- Salary: $2,708 per month
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in teppanyaki or a similar role. Must prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood and vegetables on the teppan grill with flair.
3. Hotel Controller
- Salary: $2,313 per month
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or the cruise line industry. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Will oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth administrative functions.
