AL-Yousuf Enterprises LLP (Est. 1984), a leading overseas manpower consultancy, is hiring experienced professionals for the Oil & Gas industry in the UAE. Positions are available for Lifting Supervisor and Lifting Engineer roles on both offshore and onshore projects. This is an immediate visa opportunity with an online interview process.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Education
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years) or equivalent.
2. Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas lifting operations.
- At least 5 years in a similar position overseeing lifting operations.
- Experience in both offshore and onshore lifting operations, with expertise in critical lifts.
3. Technical Skills
- In-depth understanding of lifting engineering practices, proficiency in selecting lifting equipment and accessories.
- Ability to write detailed lifting plans, supervise complex lifting operations, and ensure safe execution in compliance with international and ADNOC standards.
- Familiarity with international standards such as LOLER and API.
- Experience in Change Management and adapting lifting plans to changing conditions.
4. Training & Certifications
- Must have completed the Appointed Person 4-day training course by an ADNOC Group-approved provider (reassessed every 3 years).
- Certified for specific crane operations (Offshore or Mobile Crane) with relevant Appointed Person training.
Key Competencies
- Strong leadership to manage Crane Operators, Riggers, and Banksmen.
- Excellent communication for clear instructions and coordination.
- Proficient in risk assessment, hazard identification, and control implementation.
- Strong HSE focus and adherence to ADNOC safety standards.
- Ability to handle complex lifts, concurrent tasks, and SIMOPS.
