Job Profile
- Set up, operate and monitor lead wire extrusion machinery for HV/MV cable production.
- Lead and guide operators to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of lead metal extrusion equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and support continuous production improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in lead metal extrusion.
- Strong hands-on experience in the lead metal extrusion process is mandatory.
- Experience in HV/MV cable manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Ability to lead and guide a production team.
