Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laundry attendants and operators.
• Ensure proper sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging of laundry items.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality of laundered items.
• Train, guide, and evaluate laundry staff performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate tasks based on operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of detergents, chemicals, linen, uniforms, and other consumables.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and laundry operations.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure proper use and storage of laundry chemicals and cleaning materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Candidate Profile

Relevant experience in laundry operations or laundry supervision is preferred. Candidates should be able to supervise staff, maintain quality standards, manage schedules, and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
