Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, perform routine maintenance, and run tests to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, install antivirus software, and protect the network from cyber threats.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for network-related problems through various channels like phone or chat.
- Monitor the network’s day-to-day operations, analyze performance, and document configurations, problems, and solutions.
