1. HVAC Technician
Responsibilities: The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting system faults, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely within commercial or large-scale facilities.
2. Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities: The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff. Duties include assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and common areas for cleanliness, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, training new employees, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained throughout the facility.
