Key Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on site experience in construction of office complexes, substations, industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial complexes.
- Expertise in testing and commissioning of integrated HVAC projects.
- Ability to manage men, materials, and site progress while maintaining high-quality construction standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation and commissioning at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage on-site resources and troubleshoot issues.
