Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum requirement.
- 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Previous experience in either Onshore or Offshore operations is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and practices.
- Previous ADNOC approval for an HSE role is highly preferable.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site.
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
- Inspect work areas, equipment, and practices to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with client, company, and UAE HSE regulations.
- Promote a strong safety culture across onshore/offshore operations.
