Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum requirement.
- 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Previous experience in either Onshore or Offshore operations is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HSE standards and practices.
- Previous ADNOC approval for an HSE role is highly preferable.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor site HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international HSE standards.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and emergency drills.
