Job Responsibilities
As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on the Oil & Gas plant maintenance site. Your key duties will include:
- Implementing and monitoring HSE procedures and policies.
- Conducting risk assessments and enforcing Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Carrying out regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Reporting incidents and maintaining safety records.
- Providing safety training and toolbox talks to workers.
- Ensuring compliance with client and local safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10 years domestic or 5 years overseas Oil & Gas plant maintenance experience.
- NEBOSH and/or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, PTW systems, and site safety requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Oil & Gas plant and maintenance environments.
