Job Opportunity: HSE Officer – Offshore & Onshore – Abu Dhabi
One of the leading Oil & Gas construction companies is seeking experienced HSE Officers to join their team for long-term contract positions in Abu Dhabi. This role involves working on both offshore and onshore projects, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained throughout construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to prevent accidents, injuries, property damage, and environmental hazards.
- Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with NEBOSH and local regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
- NEBOSH Certified (essential).
- Minimum 6+ years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning projects.
- First Aid certification preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Total Monthly Package: AED 7,610
- Basic Salary: AED 3,400
- Accommodation, Food & Laundry Allowance: AED 1,400
- Transportation Allowance: AED 250
- Fixed Overtime Allowance: AED 900
- Fixed Site Allowance: AED 1,660
- Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Work Cycle: 152 days on / 21 days paid leave
