- Bell Attendant – SAR 1,200 to 1,500
Food & Beverage
- F&B Captain – SAR 1,600 to 2,200
- F&B Attendant – SAR 1,200 to 1,500
- Waiter – SAR 1,300 to 1,500
- Barista – SAR 1,800 to 2,500
Culinary / Kitchen
- Chef de Partie – Pastry – SAR 2,500 to 3,500
- Chef de Partie – Bakery – SAR 2,500 to 3,500
- Chef de Partie – Hot – SAR 2,500 to 3,500
- Demi Chef – Hot – SAR 2,000 to 3,000
- Demi Chef – Bakery – SAR 2,000 to 3,000
- Demi Chef – Pastry – SAR 2,000 to 3,000
- Commis 1 – SAR 1,300 to 1,800
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe, or F&B industry.
- Experience in customer service and guest handling.
- Familiarity with hotel/service standards and operational procedures.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
- High School / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or relevant field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Culinary Staff Specific Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of culinary experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
- Experience in Pastry, Bakery, or Hot Kitchen operations.
- Experience in food preparation, banquet production and menu execution.
- Knowledge of food quality standards, portion control and kitchen hygiene.
- Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
- Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
