**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Shawarma Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic shawarma dishes (chicken, lamb, or mixed), maintaining hygiene standards, and managing the shawarma station efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and grill shawarma according to recipes and customer preferences.
– Slice meats, prepare vegetables, sauces, and pita bread.
– Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking area.
– Manage inventory and report stock needs.
– Assist in other kitchen duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or similar role.
– Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication skills.
– Valid Oman residency/work visa preferred.
**Working Hours:** 8-10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
