Job Overview
U.N. International is seeking skilled H2S Technicians and Engineers for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia. This role involves critical safety operations on oil rigs, platforms, and support ships, ensuring the integrity of gas detection and firefighting systems in offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibration of portable instruments including fixed gas detection systems, fire detection systems, monitors, and air sampling equipment on board oil rigs, platforms, and support ships.
- Calibration, troubleshooting, and inspection of fire detection and gas detection systems.
- Servicing of all types of life-saving and firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, lifesaving systems, breathing apparatus, cascade systems, compressors, fixed systems, and liferafts.
- Installation of BA cascade systems, BA compressors, and inspection of SCBA and EEBD sets.
- Maintaining all H2S equipment and systems offshore, including installations.
- Performing tasks as assigned or instructed by supervisors or onboard crew.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates should have relevant certifications and experience in H2S safety systems, offshore operations, and equipment maintenance. Strong troubleshooting abilities and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
