Job Profile and Responsibilities
BMS Technician
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) including HVAC, pumps, sensors, and actuators
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot BMS hardware/software issues
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical teams, and vendors for maintenance or upgrades
Fire Detection & Alarm System Technician
- Install, operate, and maintain fire detection and alarm systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of system components
- Ensure system compliance with safety standards and optimal performance
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical teams, and vendors for maintenance or upgrades
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance industry is mandatory
- Working Hours: 12 hours per day
