Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, inspect, and operate heavy construction machinery, especially concrete batching plants.
- Work on excavators, dump trucks, cranes, graders, and other earthmoving equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, pumps, and final drives.
- Repair attachments such as buckets, breakers, grapples, and quick hitches.
- Read technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Use diagnostic systems such as CAT ET, Komtrax, and Volvo Care Track.
- Ensure repairs comply with OEM specifications.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and machining work when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with concrete batching plants, excavators, dump trucks, cranes, and graders.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience with CAT ET, Komtrax, and Volvo Care Track diagnostic tools.
- Valid license and willingness to relocate to Europe.
- English communication skills.
- GCC international experience and CAT experience preferred.
