Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef Cook in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, VIP residences, or royal family households.
- Expertise in Continental, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Indian, and Ramadan cuisine with high standards of presentation and quality.
- Plan, prepare, and serve a variety of meals while ensuring excellent taste, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Develop menus, manage food preparation, and maintain consistency in recipes and portion control.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work professionally in a high-profile royal family environment.
