Eligibility Criteria & Job Requirements
- Education: Degree / Diploma / ITI in the relevant technical discipline.
- General Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance projects.
- Supervisory Experience: For Supervisor roles, a minimum of 5+ years of experience, including proven team handling and leadership skills, is required.
- Project Experience: Prior experience working on residential, commercial, hospital, mall, or industrial maintenance projects will be highly preferred.
- Gulf Experience: Previous work experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is a significant advantage.
