We Are Hiring – General Accountant
Hamdan Global Dubai Office is looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a solid background in accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer invoicing, receipts posting, credit control, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
- Vendor invoice booking, verification, payment processing, and supplier reconciliations.
- Posting journal entries, maintaining chart of accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and monitoring company accounts.
- Preparing accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and closing entries.
- Preparation of management reports.
- VAT return filing support and ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Providing schedules and documentation for internal/external audits.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
- Ensuring adherence to UAE laws and company policies.
- Any additional duties assigned by the Financial Controller or COO.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UAE experience. Recruitment company or Audit firm background will be preferred.
- Should be available to join immediately.
- Master Degree in Accounts/Finance required; Part Professional Qualification (ACMA, ACCA, CA Inter) will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reporting.
- Tally ERP Software experience mandatory.
- Must be available in Dubai for interview.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 5,500 per month (negotiable based on experience).
