Role Overview
We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Field Construction Superintendent / Construction Manager to join a leading team in Oman. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensure project milestones are met, maintain safety standards, and manage subcontractors and site staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction operations on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage construction schedules, resources, and progress reporting.
- Resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related) or Construction Management.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/ managerial role.
- Nationality: Indian (preferred as per client requirement).
- License: Valid GCC driving licence is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: OMR 1800 – 2000 per month (all-inclusive).
- Work Cycle: 90 days on duty followed by 21 days unpaid leave (rotation as per project needs).
- FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transportation): Provided by the client at site.
- Airfare: Round-trip ticket provided for duty rotations.
- Medical Insurance: As per company policy.
