Dynamic Staffing Services is conducting a final client interview for multiple Europe-based construction and fabrication projects on 19th August 2026 at its Mumbai Office. We are looking for experienced and safety-conscious professionals for structure fabrication, welding, fitting and supervision roles. Open Positions – Europe Requirement
1. FCAW Welder
Should have experience in flux-cored arc welding, ability to read welding symbols, and knowledge of welding procedures. Candidates must be able to work as per project drawings and quality standards.
2. Structure Fabricator
Must have experience in structural steel fabrication. Candidates must be able to read isometric drawings. Knowledge of fabrication tools, cutting, bending and assembling steel structures is required.
3. Structure Fitter
Should be experienced in fitting structural components as per drawings. Candidates must be able to read isometric drawings. Must be familiar with measuring instruments, levels, fixtures and alignment checks.
4. Metal Assembly Fitter
Should have experience in assembling metal parts and components. Must be able to work with precision tools and understand assembly drawings.
5. Structure/Welding Foreman/Supervisor
Should be able to supervise welding and fabrication teams, plan daily work, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with project engineers. Candidates with international project experience will be preferred.
