Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on material and spare part orders with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Receive supplier invoices and verify received quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Coordinate factory operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Ensure smooth supply chain operations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or logistics work
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
