Job Description
The ideal candidates will be responsible for executing essential preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) on Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes. You should have hands-on experience with heavy yard equipment and a strong commitment to safety and procedural compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on RTG cranes and other yard equipment.
- Read and interpret maintenance instructions and technical diagrams.
- Use electrical test equipment such as multimeters and insulation testers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially when working at heights.
- Document maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining yard cranes (e.g., RTG, RMG).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading maintenance instructions, performing PM/CM activities, and using common electrical test equipment.
- Work at Height: Medically fit and formally trained to work at heights up to 35 meters, with competency in fall protection equipment.
- Language: Ability to communicate basic technical information in English (read, write, and speak).
