U.N. International is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Electrical Commissioning Technicians for a major Combined Cycle (Cogen) Independent Power Producer (IPP) project in Saudi Arabia. This is an urgent requirement for professionals with a strong background in power plant electrical systems commissioning and operation.

Job Responsibilities
The Electrical Commissioning Technician will be responsible for the commissioning, start-up, and operational testing of critical electrical systems within the power plant. Key duties include:
- Commissioning of Unit & Auxiliary transformers.
- Commissioning of MV/LV switchgear and Generator Circuit Breakers (GCB).
- Testing and commissioning of DC/UPS battery systems and Static Transfer Switches (STS).
- Working with Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
- Performing tests using standard tools and specialized test equipment including Transformer Test sets, CT/VT Test sets, Circuit Breaker Test sets, IR/Hi-Pot Testers, and Protection Relay Test equipment.
- Ensuring all electrical systems are commissioned according to project specifications and safety standards.
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in electrical power plant system commissioning, start-up, and operation.
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in combustion-turbine, simple cycle, or combined cycle power plant electrical system commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with the equipment and tests listed above is essential.
- Combined Cycle Power Plant experience is mandatory.
