Soundlines Group is hiring a Cost Controller for ANABEEB, a leading industrial company in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project cost structures (WBS/CBS) in line with approved budgets and contracts.
- Monitor actual, committed, and accrued project costs against budgets.
- Prepare monthly EAC/ETC forecasts and identify potential cost overruns or savings.
- Analyse project performance using cost/schedule variance, CPI, and SPI.
- Assess the financial impact of scope changes, variations, and subcontractor claims.
- Prepare and update project cash flow and S-curve forecasts.
- Prepare monthly project status reports (PSR) and present financial performance to stakeholders.
- Identify cost variances, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate financial information effectively to project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- 3–6 years of dedicated experience in project controls, project cost accounting, or project management.
- Prior experience in industrial sectors such as construction, engineering (EPC), or maintenance for the energy sector.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
