Job Overview
Sinclus is recruiting experienced Cost Control Managers for a large Oil & Gas construction project in Saudi Arabia. This is an overseas opportunity for engineering professionals with strong EPC/construction subcontracting experience and direct manpower cost control expertise.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas, EPC, and construction subcontracting.
- Strong experience in own-resource/direct manpower cost control.
- Experience with SAP/ERP and Power BI preferred.
- Overseas experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
The Cost Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring project costs, budgets, and direct manpower costs, preparing cost reports, and supporting project controls for the Oil & Gas construction project. Candidates should be able to work with ERP systems and business intelligence tools to track, analyze, and report cost performance.
