The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing North and South Indian cuisine for approximately 150 personnel in a camp/canteen setting. This role requires prior experience in bulk cooking, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring timely food service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and prepare nutritious North and South Indian meals for a large workforce.
– Manage bulk cooking operations efficiently.
– Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
– Ensure timely serving of meals according to schedule.
– Maintain inventory and coordinate with supply chain team.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Cook in industrial kitchens, camps, or canteens.
– Expertise in both North and South Indian cuisines.
– Ability to cook for 150+ personnel.
– Knowledge of portion control and food cost management.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
