Job Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Contract Manager – UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong construction experience and a proven track record in contract management/administration for large-scale construction, power, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience Required

• 12–20+ years of experience in contract management/administration.
• Preferably in Construction, Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, EOT, delay analysis, contractual notices, and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing main contracts, subcontractors, and vendors, including subcontractor claims, back charges, and contract amendments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC construction practices, contractual correspondence, commercial negotiations, and coordination with clients/consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract documentation skills.
• Experience with major construction contractors/projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle FIDIC contract matters, claims, variations, EOT, delay analysis, and contractual notices.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts, including claims, back charges, and amendments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams on contractual and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction practices and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and dispute resolution records.
