- Painter (Fit-out / Interiors) (JRE/33013/2025) – Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Painter in Fit-out/Interiors in the construction industry.
- Watchman (JRE/33012/2025) – High school. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Watchman in the construction industry.
- Masons – Finishing (Plaster & Tile) (JRE/33022/2025) – High school diploma or trade certification. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Mason – Finishing in the construction industry.
- Helpers (JRE/33021/2025) – High school. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Helper in the construction industry.
- Gatemen (JRE/33020/2025) – High school. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Gatemen in the construction industry.
